  • Utilize financial statements as tools for business planning, forecasting, and control purposes;
  • Build skills and confidence in handling the daily financial matters in relation to business and;
  • Make sound business decisions based on financial management concepts.

OBJECTIVE

  •  To consider and take up the challenge of venturing into the franchise business with a system of support that is tried and tested and know-how as opposed to running a lonely retail business without any backup or support

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  • Guiding the participants each step of the way from starting the franchise business, to understanding the intricacies of the Act to having an overview of the other related issues like loan agreement, deed of assignment, tenancy agreement, employment law etc.

  • Guiding the participants to focus on major terms of the franchise agreement which both the franchisor and franchisee must comply
